The compliance professionals at CCI assist our clients with a variety of corporate compliance solutions customized to meet their organization's unique risks and operations. A few of our compliance services include the following:

Compliance Plan Development – We can assist you with developing a compliance plan that meets the critical elements outlined within the Office of Inspector General's (OIG) model compliance plan for your type of health care organization (i.e. hospital, physician practice, DME, etc.). In addition to meeting the core elements outlined within the OIG compliance guidance, CCI will assist you with customizing a plan that is practical and functional for your organization.

Risk Assessments – A key element to developing and maintaining an effective compliance plan is investing your resources in those areas that represent the highest risk to your organization. We assist our clients conduct risk assessments that provides critical information for prioritizing their compliance audits and staff training on an ongoing basis. We recommend performing risk assessments on an annual basis, as Government Regulations and circumstances within the organization can change over time.

Compliance Auditing and Monitoring – Effective compliance requires monitoring to ensure an organization is complying with the provisions stipulated within their respective compliance plan. Guidance published by the OIG indicates that developing a plan that "sits on the shelf" is not considered to be an adequate compliance effort. Our compliance professionals conduct independent reviews of our client's compliance plans to proactively identify any areas of non-compliance, and develop a corrective action plan.

Compliance Retreats – Our compliance professionals are available to assist your compliance committee facilitate annual retreats to evaluate the overall effectiveness of the organization’s current compliance efforts, and discuss future compliance goals and strategies.

Ongoing Compliance Education – Effective compliance efforts depend upon an investment in ongoing training for front line staff within the organization.
